No Guest will be allowed to check in without prior proof of full payment, proof of ID is required at reception at check in, please sign the visitors book on arrival. Minimum 50% is required in advance to secure your reservation and balance is due 7 days prior to arrival. Amounts to be paid on receipt of invoice and payments cleared in advance.
100% cancellation fee will be charged for all bookings cancelled within 14 days of the initial reservation date and 50% cancellation fee will be charged for bookings cancelled 30 days of initial reservation date. Any adjustment to the original agreed package that involves accommodation, catering, spa treatments will result in forfeiting your 50% deposit as suppliers are booked and paid in advance to ensure a spectacular service and experience.
LEGALITIES
Date Your Spouse and its clients and suppliers WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE for any claims for loss of damages to property, personal injury, or any loss of life, how so ever caused - including but not limiting to gross negligence.
Right of admission is reserved on all bookings and packages at all venues and establishments.
